Return & Refund Policy

At Digiwon (“we,” “our,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to our services.

1. Return Policy

Since Digiwon provides digital services and online subscriptions, physical returns are not applicable. Once a digital service has been activated or access has been provided, it cannot be returned.

2. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or access has been granted.

Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  • Incorrect amount charged due to our system error.
  • Service not delivered or account access not provided due to Digiwon’s fault.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

3. Refund Processing Duration

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

4. Refund Mode

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction (such as UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet). If refunding to the original payment method is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or by contacting our support team.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refund will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.
